We want you to love your case. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your case arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. Just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. You don't need to send the item back.
Didn't arrive on time
If your order doesn't arrive within 20 days of the order date, we'll refund it in full. See our Shipping page for details.
Wrong model or change of mind
Each case is made for one specific iPhone model, which is why we ask you to choose your model before adding to cart. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a wrong model selection or a change of mind. If you're not sure which model you have, check Settings → General → About on your iPhone before ordering.
How to start a claim
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
